Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Maker Solutions Inc., doing business as AgencyAILab, collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our website and the marketing, automation, and AI visibility services we provide.

By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit information to us.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact information — name, email address, phone number, business name, and mailing address submitted through forms, calendars, chat, or direct communication.
  • Business information — details about your company, industry, marketing objectives, budget, and existing systems shared during onboarding or in the course of an engagement.
  • Account information — credentials and configuration data if you use a software account we provide, resell, or administer on your behalf.
  • Communications — the content of emails, text messages, calls, form submissions, and support requests exchanged with us.
  • Payment information — processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store complete payment card numbers on our systems.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent on pages.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — described in Section 5.

Information from other sources

We may receive information about you from advertising platforms, analytics providers, publicly available business records, and data providers, and may combine it with information we already hold.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve our services;
  • Respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, and provide customer support;
  • Send service-related messages, including transactional notices and account updates;
  • Send marketing communications where permitted by law and consistent with your consent preferences;
  • Deliver, measure, and optimize advertising campaigns for our clients;
  • Process payments and administer accounts;
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. SMS and text messaging

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Consent to receive text messages from AgencyAILab is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

If you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive text messages, you may receive messages related to appointments, account notices, service updates, and — where you have separately consented — marketing.

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages, other than any you separately request.
  • For help, reply HELP or contact us using the details in Section 14.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of email or phone communication. To opt out of those, use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us directly.

4. Client data and our role as a service provider

When we provide marketing, automation, or advertising services to a business client, we may process personal information about that client's own leads, customers, and contacts. In that context we act as a service provider or processor, handling that information only as directed by the client and only to perform the agreed services.

If you are an individual whose information was collected by one of our clients, your relationship is with that business. Requests to access or delete that information should be directed to the business you interacted with. We will support our clients in responding to such requests as required by law.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure traffic, and support advertising. These may include:

  • Essential cookies — required for the site to function.
  • Analytics cookies — help us understand how the site is used.
  • Advertising cookies and pixels — used to measure campaign performance and show relevant ads.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking some cookies may affect site functionality. Where required by law, we request consent before setting non-essential cookies.

6. Third-party services

We rely on third-party providers to deliver our services. These may include CRM and marketing automation platforms, website and hosting providers, email and SMS delivery services, advertising and analytics platforms, scheduling tools, and payment processors.

These providers process information on our behalf under their own privacy policies and, where applicable, contractual data protection terms. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party platform you interact with.

7. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as follows:

  • With service providers who perform functions on our behalf, bound by confidentiality obligations;
  • With clients, where information was collected on their behalf as described in Section 4;
  • For legal reasons — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights, safety, or property;
  • In a business transfer — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets;
  • With your direction or consent.

As stated in Section 3, mobile numbers and SMS consent are excluded from all sharing for third-party marketing purposes.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and context. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate information;
  • Request deletion of your information;
  • Opt out of marketing communications;
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, or targeted advertising;
  • Request a portable copy of your information;
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 14. We will verify your identity before responding and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10. Data security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's privacy

Our website and services are directed to businesses and are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites and tools that we do not control. This policy does not apply to those properties. Review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
